The Customer agrees that all relevant notices and other communications issued under or in connection with this Credit Agreement, including documents, notices and information related to the conclusion, execution and termination of this Credit Agreement may be sent to him electronically by communications agreed for this purpose , including by e-mail, short message systems, mobile applications or by post. Notices given in the above manner shall be deemed received on the same date they are sent, except for any communications sent by post, which shall be deemed received within seven calendar days of the date of sending. In the event of a change in requirements, the Client will be informed.

Any change of email or correspondence address, telephone number or contact details that is not notified to the Fund will not be enforceable, and the Fund is exempt from any liability resulting from the continued transmission of communications to known addresses/numbers or taking into account the data provided by the Customer.

During the duration of this Loan Agreement, the Parties will communicate in Romanian.

Final terms

The Applicant/Borrower understands that any agreement/convention concluded between him and the Fund is subject to termination by full right by the Fund, without the need for any judicial or extra-judicial procedure and without the input of the courts, in the event that the Applicant/Borrower has used of false statements and/or in the information made available to the Fondul de Garantare si Creditare OÜ, false or incomplete statements/information on the basis of which the Fund accepted the respective agreement/convention but which the Fund would not have concluded or would have concluded under different conditions if it had known the reality.

In case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions presented on the site by the users or any behavior that damages the Fund, they may lead to the suspension of the respective users' access to the services offered by this site.
